Product Availability:

We are a boutique lab in New York, NY - USA and produce high quality, small batch pheromone formulations. Often our demand sometimes exceeds capacity, especially the Holy Grail and X22 formulas.

We take the utmost care to make sure your order is immaculately packed and presented. Needless to say all HAX products pass through our hands which allows us to devote ourselves to insuring that your order will not only arrive safely and timely, but smartly. We ship most orders the same day you place your order. Our priority is to ensure that you receive your order promptly so by all means contact us directly if you need it even quicker. 
Domestic Shipping: We offer a multitude of options via United States Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express (FedEx). Priority Mail via USPS is FREE on order over $75.00. You may upgrade shipping to Express Mail or FedEx for an additional fee. We ship to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. 
International Shipping: We offer a multitude of options via United State Postal Service (USPS) and regularly ship all over the world. Priority Mail via USPS is FREE on orders over $75.00. Note: packages that ship via USPS Priority Mail will have customs tracking information.  Express Mail via the USPS can be selected for an additional fee and will also include tracking. Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary from country to country. Please contact us directly if your destination is not available at checkout. 
The HAX Return Policy: 

If you are not satisfied within 1 Year of your purchase we will accept a full, no questions asked, refund and return. If you are unsatisfied for any reason at all, simply email us at brad@haxinc.com.

All returns must be sent by a courier such as the USPS, UPS/FedEx or other express postal service with delivery confirmation. Refunds will not be issued for any returns not received by us, unless the sender can provide proof that a package was shipped to us.
